Having always been fascinated by the way bodies move, I have taught in the Fitness sector since 1994, initially as a dance teacher and Fitness Instructor but later as a Pilates and Yoga teacher.
As fitness studios pushed for larger and larger classes I became increasingly frustrated by the system and decided to teach privately.
I now teach one-to-one or micro classes which enables me to take a much more appropriate hands-on, holistic approach.
