Class sizes are kept to around 10 participants and are multi-level. That is to say that you are encouraged to work at your own level for each exercise – keeping the class small allows me give more individual coaching whilst making sure that everyone is safe but challenged. Participants are encouraged to focus on core stability, pelvic and shoulder girdle stability, neutral alignment and breathing in each exercise.
Everyone is encouraged to bring their own mat but I provide blocks, small balls and resistance bands.
Pilates helps to restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence resulting in a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalised and moves with ease.
